2016 was a banner year for Sam Joseph of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties Montclair office.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices announced that Sam Joseph achieved the 2016 Annual Chairman’s Circle – Diamond Award. This prestigious national achievement is awarded to individual sales professionals that have achieved an outstanding sales record and is the highest level that can be attained by an agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Sam has also attained the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence®-Platinum Sales Award for 2016, the 4th year in a row.
Joseph has also been awarded the 2016 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties Pinnacle Award for #1 Agent Companywide in addition to the President’s Award. He was also awarded this honor for 2015.
And 2017 is starting off well also. Joseph received a letter from Gino Blefari, Chief Executive Officer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeSerices, informing him that he has been ranked #61 for Total Gross Commission Income out of more than 43,000 network sales professionals in the first quarter of 2017.
