Sam Joseph Featured on Front Page of Sunday Star Ledger

Montclair, NJ, October 24, 2017

On Sunday, October 22, 2017 the Sunday Star Ledger, the largest circulated newspaper in the state of New Jersey, featured a story on the front page about Sam Joseph, Realtor® Associate and Luxury Home Specialist at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties Montclair office. It also appeared on nj.com, New Jersey’s largest online newspaper. The articles author was Joseph Atmonavage and was entitled, “(Sur) real estate sales are his stock in trade”.

Explaining how Joseph has represented a number of CEOs and celebrities with his creative approach to marketing a listing, the article provides some examples of his unusual and at times, unorthodox, Realtor® Open Houses. For instance, at the Castlewood Castle in Llewellyn Park when he hosted a live jousting match. Or when he promoted a turkey give away and then procured a handler and live turkeys to strut on the front yard of one of his listings. Or the time he hired Cirque du Soleil players to perform. And let’s not forget the memorable West Orange home he transformed into Daddy Warbucks’ house from “Annie” complete with Broadway friends to be at the Open.

Well known by Essex County realtors for his theatrics, “Realtors come to see what I am going to do next, “says Joseph, they are usually not disappointed.

“It’s always a party,” one realtor remarked at his latest open house where the theme was back to school. Brown bag lunches of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were given out along with an apple and school supplies.
